STOTT PILATES Advanced Stability Chair

Learn to

• Incorporate a series of high level exercises into your existing equipment repertoire that are designed to challenge your most advanced students.

Prerequisites

• Stability Chair level 1 (Essential and Intermediate)

Format

• 3 hours instruction in one day

Assessment

• STOTT PILATES certification is only awarded upon successful completion of each course. You can certify in stages by taking an exam after each course or following a series of courses. The examination must be taken within six months from completion of your last course. During each exam, you will be assessed in all previous formats in which you have been certified.

CECs

• 0.3 Continuing Education Credits (only relevant for STOTT PILATES – 0.6 required per year)
