From Practice to Passion – Your Yoga Career Starts Here
It’s never been simpler to realise your dream of teaching yoga professionally. During this dynamic course, you will learn yoga asanas (positions), pranayama (breath control), mudra (hand positions), as well as meditation and yoga kriyas (cleansing techniques).
A strong emphasis is placed on giving aspiring yoga instructors practical teaching experience, with refined client communication, observation and cueing skills. Successful completion of the course gives you a yoga teacher training qualification that allows work as a Yoga Instructor in gyms, studios, leisure centres, community venues and holistic settings, or to incorporate yoga into existing fitness or wellbeing roles.
