About this workshop

Increase strength, flexibility and muscle tone with the dynamic Fitness Circle® resistance ring. This energising workout will help you develop greater body awareness. Learn new exercise variations which target the upper and lower body including arms, shoulders, legs and abs in an all-round toning routine.

Workshop details

This is a 2-hour workshop.

What you will learn
  • To apply principles of STOTT PILATES® to Fitness Circle exercises.
  • To understand movement essence and exercise goals.
  • A programme that transitions effectively and fluidly between exercises. 
  • Cues and corrections for safety and effectiveness.
What you will qualify with
  • 0.2 Continuing Education Credits (only relevant for STOTT PILATES – 0.6 required per year)
What you will need to do this workshop

No formal qualifications required, this workshop is open to all Fitness Professionals and Pilates Instructors.
