What are my career options once qualified as a exercise to music instructor?
You will be able to work in gyms or studios with this freestyle exercise to music qualification as well as being qualified to set up your own freestyle classes if you choose to work for yourself. This course gives you the foundations for a successful career and the ability to study other specialisms that will help boost your future earnings.
What is the format of the qualification?
The exercise to music instructor course is delivered through a blended approach which includes independent study via our interactive learning platform, live webinars, remote tutor support sessions and sessions taking place in the either the classroom or online with our expert tutors.
How many hours of study are expected per week?
On average, learners will need to complete 5-10 hours of independent study per week which includes online learning and completion of assessment activities.
What do I need to undertake this qualification?
You must have access to a laptop/desktop/ipad and reliable WiFi. We recommend that learners have sufficient experience in attending a variety of group fitness classes. You will plan, deliver and evaluate a complete ETM session to a group of at least six participants. The online format requires you to record a session with 6 participants as a minimum. The face-to-face format requires you to bring two participants to your final ‘live’ practical assessment.
