Who It’s For?


Open to anyone passionate about sharing yoga—no advanced flexibility required. 
You’ll need to be 16+, comfortable using online platforms, and ideally have at least two years of personal practice. Authenticity and curiosity matter most. 

What You’ll Learn

Gain the confidence to teach safe, effective yoga for all levels. You’ll master: 

  • Core asanas, pranayama, and meditation 
  • Class sequencing and modification 
  • Yogic philosophy and anatomy

You’ll also create and deliver a 10-session yoga programme and complete your final teaching assessment—either live in London or online.

Leading the course is David Marques, an experienced yoga teacher and educator with over 15 years of dedicated practice. Trained at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Austria, David blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern movement principles. 

He teaches a signature Holistic Hatha Yoga Flow, a mindful, functional approach that integrates anatomy, breathwork, and the energetic aspects of yoga. David’s compassionate, trauma-aware teaching style supports learners from all walks of life, helping them grow in both confidence and self-awareness. 

With advanced training in Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Mindfulness, plus qualifications in Thai Yoga Massage and Sports Massage, David brings a holistic understanding of the body and mind to every class he leads.
