Entry requirements
- You must be over 16.
- A Level 3 Personal Training qualification or equivalent is required.
- Experience with barbell training and gym-based free weights is strongly recommended.

What is the format of the course?
Our Olympic Lifting course is delivered through a combination of live online tutor led sessions, tutor-led practical workshops and independent study. You must have access to a laptop/desktop/ipad and reliable WiFi.
How many hours of study are expected per week?
On average, learners will need to complete 3-4 hours of independent study per week which includes online learning and completion of assessment activities.
What course resources will I be provided with?
Every learner will have access to a digital manual. Your tutor will also provide you with further recommended reading.
What do I need to bring with me to the in person attendance days?
The in-person tutor led workshops will be practical in the nature so you will need to wear appropriate gym clothing/shoes. You should also bring your laptop/tablet as you will be required to access the digital resources.
