Support your clients through menopause with confidence

Menopause is a life stage that brings new changes, including shifts in hormones and energy levels. While these changes may require adjustments, they also present an opportunity to focus on well-being. Staying active can be incredibly empowering and beneficial for women during this transition, helping to boost energy, improve mood, and support overall health.
On this course, you’ll learn about the ways menopause impacts the body and how to create tailored exercise routines for your clients who are in this stage of life. You’ll help them to gain confidence and achieve their fitness goals while working in a way that works with rather than against their menopausal symptoms.
This Level 3 Award is an excellent supplement to other qualifications, such as Personal Training, Pilates, or Yoga, allowing you to extend your client base and offer specialised services in your area of expertise.
