STOTT PILATES Workshop Fitness Circle Flow

Increase strength, flexibility and muscle tone with the dynamic Fitness Circle® resistance ring. This energizing workout will help you develop greater body awareness. Learn new exercise variations which target the upper and lower body including arms, shoulders, legs and abs in an all-round toning routine.

Learning Objectives

  • Apply principles of STOTT PILATES® to Fitness Circle® exercises..
  • Understand movement essence and exercise goals.
  • Learn a program that transitions effectively and fluidly between exercises. 
  • Learn cues and corrections for safety and effectiveness.

 Pre-Requisites:

  • Open to all Fitness Professionals and Pilates Instructors

  • 2 hours face to face workshop

  • No assessment

Certification:

  • 0.2 Continuing Education Credits (only relevant for STOTT PILATES – 0.6 required per year)
