STOTT PILATES Workshop Reformer with Fitness Circle

Seasoned instructors already know the benefits of incorporating the Fitness Circle in most Matwork sessions. Now, learn how this sprung steel circle can bring the same variety and challenge into group or private Reformer settings. Discover modifications that bring focus to a different aspect of many traditional exercises. Add more challenge to adductors and abductors of the peripheral limbs as well as assist in activating the core. The addition of the Fitness Circle reinforces correct muscle firing patterns and helps ensure correct positioning while adding an element of fun and variety to each workout.
