This workshop mixes STOTT PILATES Matwork moves with the portable weight of the medicine ball, using dynamic combinations of movement to increase intensity and challenge the body further. The medicine ball is a staple in any traditional fitness routine and on this workshop you will learn how to use it to boost your Pilates workout.
This is a two-hour workshop.
Learn to:
- Intensify Essential and Intermediate Matwork exercises using this small prop.
- Apply the STOTT PILATES® principles of stabilization to all exercises.
- Cue and correct movements to help ensure safety and effectiveness.
- 0.2 Continuing Education Credits (only relevant for STOTT PILATES – 0.6 required per year).
No specific requirements. Open to all Fitness Professionals and Pilates Instructors.
