  • STOTT PILATES Workshop Foam Roller Level 1

    Challenge both balance and coordination by incorporating a Foam Roller into exercises adapted from both the Matwork and Reformer repertoire. This workshop looks at how the roller targets core stabilisers, cues alignment and challenges strength through the periphery and core. You will discover how to use cues and corrections to maintain safety and effectiveness in all of your workouts.

  • STOTT PILATES Workshop Matwork Strength and Mobility

    Comprised of a series of simple movements that challenge overall strength and stability through the core and periphery, this workshop uses only the body’s own resistance. Fundamental Pilates principles are added to less traditional moves to focus on strength, alignment and correct biomechanics.

  • STOTT PILATES Workshop Equipment Programming for Breast Cancer Rehab

    This workshop looks at a series of gentle, targeted resistance-based Reformer exercises, focusing on ROM for the entire shoulder girdle. Other areas of emphasis include establishing mobility, restoring posture, ensuring proper biomechanics and developing core and peripheral strength to address muscular imbalances created from various types of surgeries.
