To book with us, you'll need to give us a call or request a callback. This is because we want to make sure we're providing the right service, tailored to your needs.
Process for booking
We've decided that rather than fill out endless forms, to ensure you get the right fit for you, we should chat through your options.

How to pay
We accept debit or credit card over the phone or in person at our head office.
Course fees can be paid in full or (on certain courses) using Direct Debit in 3 or 6 monthly instalments or an Advanced Learner Loan.
If you change your mind or decide you'd like to transfer to another course, you have a 14-day cooling off period. This means that anytime between the day you book your course and 14 days later, you can cancel with a full refund or transfer to another course with no additional cost.
Checking entry requirements
We'll talk through all the entry requirements with you when booking, but if you have any specific queries you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Transferring to another course
If you'd like to transfer to another course you'll just need to email us with the details. You can transfer one course for free as long as you let us know at least eight weeks before the course start date. If you let us know within five weeks, there will be a transfer fee of £250. This must be paid at the time of the transfer request. We are unable to accept a change of date request less than 28 days before the start date of a course.

Cancellation and refund policy
If you cancel your booking within the 14-day cooling off period (see above) a full refund will be given. If you cancel after 14 days, you may be liable for the full payment.
