YMCAfit Anatomy for Exercise DVD

YMCAfit have launched a thrilling new interactive DVD, Anatomy for Exercise, which literally brings learning about the human body to life. This DVD for exercise professionals combines 3D images, animations and text allowing you to explore how the human body works from the inside out. Covering the skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, you can bring the human body to life:

• Select a view, rotate and add and remove structures from 3D models
• Watch animations showing the structure and actions of bones and muscles
• Click on structures to view concise, descriptive text

Students enrolling on a YMCAfit Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 2 Studio Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer course will be given the Anatomy and Exercise DVD as part of their study pack.
