STOTT PILATES REPs Level 3 Access Module

Get on the REPs at Level 3 with this additional qualification module for STOTT PILATES Mat Plus instructors. Whilst the STOTT Pilates Mat Plus course is an internationally acclaimed and recognised qualification, students wishing to be represented on the UK REPs need to complete this module, which includes Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology, a Progressive Programme Case Study, and Viva.

Learn to

  • Demonstrate an understanding of core exercise and fitness knowledge at Level 3
  • Design a 12 week progressive programme
  • Progress and adapt all exercises for specific client(s) using small equipment (previously taught in STOTT PILATES Mat Intensive)
  • Verbalise and justify all aspects of case study for verbal assessment

  • STOTT PILATES Mat Plus

  • Distance Learning
  • Anatomy and Physiology Level 3 eLearning

Assessment

  • Multiple choice theory paper
  • 12 week progressive case study and verbal assessment 

Certification

  • CYQ Level 3 in Mat Pilates
