Certificate in Personal Training

The Certificate in Personal Training forms a natural progression from Level 2 Gym Instructing. After this course you will be able to create effective exercise programmes for individual clients, including outdoor sessions, and offer nutritional advice in relation to exercise. The skills and knowledge you will gain include a deeper knowledge of anatomy and physiology, advanced teaching and programming skills and the principles of healthy eating and weight management.

Core stability exercises can now be enhanced by using additional core/balance equipment (medicine balls, stability discs, bosu, foam rollers and additional available equipment), making them more challenging and fun.

Diploma in Teaching Yoga
