What are REPs points?
Once you are a member of REPs, you are encouraged to take further training, to broaden your skills and keep your knowledge up-to-date. This is known as continuing professional development or CPD. You can earn REPs CPD points for courses look out for the logos on each course.

There is no such thing as a 'one size fits all' exercise programme. The focus of this course is to give you the in-depth knowledge to develop bespoke, varied and effective exercise plans to meet your clients' specific goals.
This unit is perfect if you are planning to progress to Level 3 status on REPS that require Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology including Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral, Pilates and Yoga. This unit is already included in Advanced Training and Personal Trainer courses.
