The intensive Chair prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Stability Chair. By the end of this course you will be able to fine-tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients’ conditioning goals with 63 exercises on the Stability Chair.

This course will provide you with the skills to design and teach essential and intermediate level matwork classes, integrating small equipment, which will allow you to add variety to your sessions.

Whilst the STOTT Pilates Mat Plus course is an internationally acclaimed and recognised qualification, students wishing to be represented on the UK REPs need to complete this module, which includes Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology, a Progressive Programme Case Study, and Viva.
