Carl Smith, Group Operations Manager for Xercise4less outlines the opportunities available in their growing organisation.
Xercise4less is a gym which has clubs across seven locations; Bolton, Doncaster, Castleford, Leeds, Stockton on Tees, Wakefield and Wigan. We pride ourselves on our friendly, helpful and fully qualified staff and we intend to further increase and improve on this with all of our new staff. Our facilities are all spacious and clean with state of the art equipment, offering a fantastic atmosphere.
Personal Trainers have a fantastic opportunity to develop a healthy client base by taking advantage of gaining access to over 6000 members. In addition, we offer an extremely respectable rental fee which ensures that our trainers have the potential to make significant earnings. You will work alongside highly experienced professionals and will benefit from marketing support from the PersonalTraining4less brand and the strong PT culture that Xercise4Less maintains. Furthermore, we offer a two-day business skills course to further improve your abilities to gain clients and retain them too.
We are primarily looking for fully qualified Level 3 instructors, however Level 2 will be accepted. Any instructor who also has an ETM qualification would be looked upon favourably, however this is by no means necessary. We are looking for dedicated, passionate personal trainers with great communication skills, energy and enthusiasm to get results.
What top 5 tips would you give to a YMCAfit graduate applying for a job with your company?
Make sure that you research the company, be enthusiastic, be approachable, have a keen passion for helping others and a passion for success.
What’s the best thing about working for your company?
We are a young company looking to grow, so we are open minded when it comes to the development of our clubs and the systems in place, therefore your ideas are welcome and taken very seriously.
Send a CV and covering letter to Carl Smith or call one of the clubs for an informal chat. For more information, visit the Xercise4less website.
