About Lifestyle Fitness

Lifestyle Fitness clubs have been designed with the customer in mind. We have created facilities where customers can exercise in comfort, using the very best in cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Our success has led to an exciting and rapid roll out of our low cost operator gyms as we launch them across the UK.

Career opportunities

We refer to our model as being ‘PT centric’ as we have put the personal trainer at the centre of our business. Having over nine years’ experience of PT Management our Group PT Manager understands what it takes for a personal trainer to thrive in the current climate. We have a number of self-employed personal trainer vacancies to work as part of our brand. The brand will allow you to work within a successful team but you will also maintain your independence as a trainer.

We have a support package for our personal trainers which show our commitment to helping all trainers to develop a successful career with us. We have no upfront start-up costs, the first two months is rent free and only £99 per month thereafter. Our support package also includes monthly workshops and team meetings, one to one mentoring, a private medical plan for each personal trainer and career progression opportunities.

Ideal candidates

We are seeking top level personal trainers. We look for our trainers to continue to study once qualified so that they are continually staying at the forefront of the industry. We need people with great interpersonal skills so they can talk to people face to face and build rapport which will create a friendly workout environment.

Quick Q&A

What advice can you give for a mature level 2 instructor looking to enter the industry?
Use the maturity to your advantage. Be a role model to those your age and also understand that rapport is generated through commonality so you may find you have more in common with the gym population than the younger instructors – in that case, play to your strengths.
