About LA Fitness

As a Master Trainer for LA Fitness and Fitness Agents, I've been assisting freelance personal trainers in finding the correct gym for them to gain maximum success. I'll help you to gain clarity, self-confidence, and the knowledge to succeed in the career of your dreams. I am responsible for the recruitment of personal trainers for LA Fitness in London.

Career opportunities

Whether you're an established personal trainer, or you're a recent college graduate just beginning your career search, I can identify the perfect position for you. Together, we'll examine your interests, talents and goals for the future. I’ll identify the barriers that currently prevent you from attaining your goals and you’ll gain the techniques to overcome them.

I offer a two-day business course before entering the gym to ensure that you have all of the skills necessary to sell your personal training offering and to build a successful business. Your monthly rental payment will include liability insurance and income protection, and a master trainer will be your mentor to support your business along the way.

Ideal candidates

All applicants must be REPs level 3 qualified. They must be self-motivated and outgoing, with an ability to manage their own work. If they have a previous background in sales, it may prove advantageous. Essentially we are looking for people who have the practical knowledge and teaching skills but are also not afraid of selling themselves and their service.

How many hours per week can I expect to work?

It will be dependent on your ability to sell yourself to clients. It is realistic that once successful, you could be working up to 50 hours per week.
