Lesley Hopps, Manager, Licensed Training Centres said: “Since they officially joined our community as a LTC in the spring of 2011, we’ve been proud to call YMCAfit a partner in our community. Just over one year later, we couldn’t be happier to bestow their hard-working team with the aforementioned awards. They have worked tirelessly to support the education needs of our London students and are wonderful ambassadors of the STOTT PILATES brand. We look forward to working with them to achieve continued success in the UK market.”
STOTT PILATES is a contemporary approach to the original teachings of the late Joseph Pilates. Developed by Lindsay and Moira Merrithew in collaboration with a group of fitness professionals, medical practitioners, and physical therapists – STOTT PILATES has been refined over the years in accordance with modern day biomechanics, principles of exercise science and rehabilitation. This clear and comprehensive approach forms the basis for STOTT PILATES training and certification programs.
